May 31, 2019 · Our 757 had 20 recliner First seats in a 2-2 configuration. Overall, it was a pretty standard Delta First configuration for a short or medium-haul flight. Waiting at my seat 1D was a standard domestic First Class pillow and blanket. No amenity kits were available. Shortly after settling in, I was offered some headphones.
