It's not a zombie infection unless you actually got bitten or scratched by a zombie. Bites are guaranteed to turn you, scratches have a 25% chance IIRC. You'll be fine if the wound had a different cause, I'm pretty sure having infected blood on your clothes and skin can't turn you even if you have an open wound. 4.2.
