A diabolus is only slightly bulkier than a centipede. Therefore, you should build diaboli if its cannon is desired, or centipedes if the cannon is not desired. Health - Stun the diabolus with any emp weaponry, close in with a stick bomb or molotov. Molotov's CE apply prometheum soaked hediff that increases flammability stat which allows mechanoids to burn, albeit at a 40% damage rate to it.
